KMLF: Design thinking for KM

The next meeting of the KMLF (Knowledge Management Leadership Forum) will explore design thinking – “an approach that uses the designer’s sensibility and methods for problem solving to meet people’s needs in a technologically feasible and commercially viable way.”

Zaana Howard, a PhD student in the Faculty of Design at Swinburne University, will speak about design thinking as it applies to knowledge management. Zaana has just presented on lessons learned using social media in CPA at the ARK Library 2.0 Conference.

This KMLF meeting to be held on November 15 from 6pm to 8pm will be another very stimulating and useful event. To RSVP and for more information, check out KMLF”>http://www.melbournekmlf.org/?p=329″target=”_blank”>KMLF event page
